The CGC MBMI course is structured to facilitate the analysis, innovation, and development of business models. This course includes hands-on training within thebeelab™, utilizing research tools such as thebeestar™, thebeeboard™, and thebeeBMIboard™. These research-focused instruments have been developed based on evidence-based multi-business model innovation research conducted since 2002 at esteemed institutions, including Politecnico di Milano in Italy, Aalborg University in Denmark, Stanford University in the United States, Tor Vergata University in Rome, Italy, and Aarhus University in Denmark. The principles underlying these tools are thoroughly documented in three publications authored by Professor Peter Lindgren, which elaborate on the concept.
