The Multi Business Model Innovation (MBMI) approach addresses the concerns in the business model community and the practice of business model innovation, focusing on the ideation and conceptualization of business models. The CGC Business Lab (BeeLab) is designed to analyze exciting business models, innovate, and develop business models. The MBMI training in BeeLab will allow students to make decisions and navigate situations from a business-oriented perspective. The BeeLab is developed based on evidence-based multi-business model innovation research carried out since 2002 at Polytechnic Di Milano-Italy, Aalborg University-Denmark, Stanford University-US, University Tor Vergata-Rome Italy, and Aarhus University-Denmark and well-described in the three books written by Professor Peter Lindgren on the concept. The concept is based on evidence-based research into existing business models and innovation and development of business models, as well as innovation and development in practical MBMI tools: The B-Board, B-Star Table, the B-Star, the BMI Board, the Business Model Innovation Lab – The B-Lab, with integrated business model tools.
