TBMI Mobility Course
CGC Denmark did a Technology Business Model Innovation (TBMI) course for university faculty members from India, Pakistan and Thailand and their students.
The course was conducted under the research project CENTRAL ‘ Mobility ‘, i.e. Capacity building and Exchange towards attaining Technological Research and modernizing Academic Learning for university teaching staff.
Our course participants therefore conducted this intensive TBMI course to learn in practice the curriculum and didactic framework for the Technology Business Model Innovation (TBMI) course, with the Multi Business Model Innovation (MBMI) concept with a view to implementing Similar TBMI course at native Universities.

Four businesses provided a business case in the course:

The owner Ove Kudahl Munch from FRICHS A/S has developed a biomass burning technology, Flash pyrolysis that produce the fertilizer Biochar when organic biomass is burned. In the video, the Biochar team presents how the Biochar can become a financially profitable Business Model for the FRICHs business in India and Pakistan.

Moreover, Senior Executive Keshav Sharma from Global business Blue Town provided a business case on how Frugal 5G can become a positive earning business to Blue Town and Blue Towns network partners.Moreover, Senior Executive Keshav Sharma from Global business Blue Town provided a business case on how Frugal 5G can become a positive earning business to Blue Town and Blue Towns network partners.

At Ausumgaard, project manager Mikkel Ebbesen delivered an agricultural business case about how to create and capture value in the insect value chain in Thailand, including how to use block chain technology to facilitate that value.

Director Frants Thygesen from Central Jutland Airport delivered a business case on how the airport could become a solid and positive earning business.
One of the four groups, the Biochar team, made a good business case about how the customer FRICHS A/S was able to establish a profitable business model in India and Pakistan, which FRICHS A/S asked to have the team’s TBMI Pitch filmed in order to provide investor information.
