How to Operate, Analyze, Innovate, Develop, and Calculate Business Model Innovation projects in the CGC NCU MBMI LAB. 

This exclusive course is based on MBMI research and MBMI Tools and processes© and how tools and processes take place in the CGC NCU MBMI LAB, including the use of tools and methods in academic teaching.

The course focuses on:

  • Background knowledge and research underlying the CGC MBMI Concept©, including the CGC MBMI Lab’s tools and processes©
  • Practical business case exercises with tools and processes.
  • Ideas for academic teaching – and facilitation of students in the CGC NCU MBMI LAB work and processes.
Course Outcome

After the course the participants will:

1.  Have acquired theoretical, academic and practical knowledge of the Multi Business Model Analyze and Innovation Concept in the CGC NCU MBMI LAB

2.  Have gained theoretical and practical experience with the Multi Business Model Innovation Lab tools and processes© – through cases exercise work. And basic knowledge of facilitating the MBMI processes© in the CGC NCU MBMI LAB.

3.  Be able to do practical Multi Business Model Case analysis, innovation and development work based on the Multi Business Model Analyze and Innovation Concept© in a CGC NCU MBMI LAB

4.  Be able to facilitate calculation of CAPEX, OPEX and Financing on practical Business case Analysis and Innovation work.

5.  Be able to facilitate students writing and completion of a Business Case report, as a basis for business model innovation and development. And to facilitate students to pitch and present the MBMI solution for decision basis for management, bank, investors, and business case evaluators.

The course is designed for university associate professor level. The course requires experience in academic teaching and a completed basic course on: The BeeBoard©, the BeeStar©, and the BeeLab©

Peter Lindgren

Professor Peter Lindgren has researched and worked with network based high-speed innovation since 2000. He has been heading of Studies for Master’s in Engineering – BTECH at Aarhus University from 2014-2016 and member of the management group at Aarhus University BTECH 2014-2018. He has been researcher at Politecnico di Milano in Italy (2002/03), Stanford University, USA (2010/11), University Tor Vergata, Italy (2016/2017) and has from 2007-2011 been the founder and Centre Manager of International Centre for Innovation at Aalborg University (AAU), founder of the MBIT research group and lab, and is cofounder of CTIF Global Capsule (CGC). Prof Peter Lindgren is presently working with Copenhagen Business School (CBS) in Copenhagen.
