CGC President Prof Ramjee Prasad to Open the 6G Briefing 2025 in Brazil

We are honored to announce that Prof Ramjee Prasad, CGC President and one of the world’s most renowned pioneers in wireless communication systems, will deliver the inaugural keynote speech at the second edition of the 6G Briefing Conference, taking place on November 4th, 2025, at the Museu da Imagem e do Som (MIS) in São Paulo, Brazil.

The 6G Briefing is an international business-tech conference dedicated to shaping the future of 6G networks and next-generation technologies, including quantum computing, AI-driven connectivity, and sustainable digital infrastructure. Organized under the chairmanship of the CTIF Global Capsule Foundation and coordinated by Professor Prasad’s student, Paulo Sergio Rufino Henrique, the event brings together global thought leaders to address how emerging technologies can build a more inclusive and sustainable digital society.

📌 Last year’s edition gathered over 40 speakers from 14 countries, featuring representatives from major organizations such as ITU, 3GPP, GSMA, ANATEL, IBM, Ericsson, Claro, NTT DOCOMO, ABINC, ABES (Brazilian Software Association), One6G, and UNICAMP, among many others. Panels and keynotes focused on green connectivity, cybersecurity, media evolution, and the integration of quantum technologies in telecom.

📅 This year, the conference holds even more significance as it will take place just one week before COP30, which Brazil will proudly host. In celebration of this global milestone, the 6G Briefing 2025 will align its theme—“6G: Sustaining the Planet Through Next-Gen Technology”—with climate action and digital transformation goals.

A special session dedicated to quantum technologies is also being organized, featuring global experts to explore how quantum computing, quantum AI, and quantum communication can empower sustainable innovation and next-generation infrastructure.

Join us for this historic moment as we shape the networks of the future.
