RECOMBINE

Research Collaboration and Mobility for Beyond 5G Future Wireless Networks (RECOMBINE)

The project aims at creating an inter/multidisciplinary and intersectoral network to encourage synergies between the partners, along academic and industrial research structured in seven work packages. The project will propose new technological solutions to deal with high data rate, enhanced capacity, efficient spectrum utilisation, reduced latency, adaptive traffic steering, longer battery life, etc. By meeting these targets RECOMBINE will become a strong forerunner for FWNs.

This project will create scientific breakthroughs and develop disruptive technologies, which are essential for the telecom infrastructure industry to sustain the evolution in wireless communications and to boost the development of digitalisation in the coming decades, as well as influence constructively other disciplines, such as imaging, education, safety, manufacturing, surveillance and computing
