CGC Upcoming Events
8th International Conference on Communications and Electronics 2020
The International Conference on Communications and Electronics (ICCE) is a reputable bi-annual international conference series in the scientific community on the areas of Electronics and Communications recently.
The increasing reliance of society on wireless communications, along with the emergence of disruptive applications (e.g. smart cities, digital economy and agriculture, and e-health) has stipulated the development of the 5G wireless networks. Recently, the first version of 5G New Radio (NR) with massive MIMO was standardized by 3GPP and the corresponding commercial networks took place in 2018. Though this first 5G NR is expected to offer very high data throughput, communication reliability, and network connectivity, there are still many technical challenges in relation to the MIMO technologies of this 5G NR that are not satisfactorily addressed in previous studies….
12th International Symposium on Communication Systems, Networks, and Digital Signal Processing
IEEE/IET International Symposium on Communication Systems will be held as virtual conference.
Since 1998 CSNDSP has now been recognised as a forum for the exchange of ideas among engineers, scientists and young researchers from all over the world on advances in communication systems, communications networks, digital signal processing and other related areas and to provide a focus for future research and developments. CSNDSP 2020 is organized by Instituto de Telecomunicações a research institute in Portugal. The local organising committee invites you to submit original high quality papers addressing research topics of interest for presentation at the CSNDSP 2020, which will be held at the beautiful city of Porto. As in previous events CSNDSP 2020 will also be hosting dedicated colloquiums and a number of special sessions on selected topics that you may wish to submit papers.
21st IEEE International Symposium on a World of Wireless, Mobile and Multimedia Networks
World of Wireless, Mobile and Multimedia Networks has been postponed to 31 August – 03 September 2020.
WoWMoM: World of Wireless, Mobile and Multimedia Networks. The conference for researchers and practitioners interested in all aspects of wireless, mobile, and multimedia pervasive communications,
IFKAD 2020 – International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics
The IFKAD 2020 conference has been postponed to 9-11 September 2020.
The XV edition of IFKAD (International Forum on Knowledge Asset Dynamics) aims to represent a space of inspiration and knowledge, as well as an ‘agora’ of learning, networking and sharing where experts, entrepreneurs, professionals and academics meet to discuss about why and how technologies and digital transformation may act as levers to innovate, transform and improve knowledge management systems, working schemes, innovation processes, business models and customer-orientation, as well as to understand how public organizations may improve their level of efficiency and the value provided to the citizens, making government more transparent and responsive, trying to raise quality of life and, accordingly, drive territorial development and positive change in society.
The main goal of IFKAD 2020 is to forge a strong connection between theory and management, enhancing and promoting the transfer of research results to real-world management practices and policies, drawing together scholars who are working at the forefront of research domain with the emerging business and government challenges, such as knowledge divide, threats to privacy, and the potential loss of diversity of knowledge.
